"Baker's Dozen for Immortality"

Films: The Blood Demon (1967)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Civilized Area/Haunted Home

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Immortality: why do people always go looking for it?! It never ends well, it just doesn't! And the lengths people will go just to get it. What an embarrassment.

History: Count Frederick Regula wanted immortality. Really badly. So much so that he killed 12 maidens to receive it. He realized he needed a 13th victim...right before the authorities came, put him in a spiked mask, and had him quartered for his crimes. Many years later, though, some mad devotees to him decided to resurrect him through green blood, just in time to murder the final girl.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: One guy happens to have a diamond-encrusted cross with him, which disrupts the ritual for the blood. Enough time passes that Regula cannot remain alive forever in the holy object's presence, and he disappears forever.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Holy objects keep him from existing much longer.

Scariness Factor: 2-While he does look a bit intimidating, Regula is a bit too monotone and run-of-the-mill to really deliver.

Trivia: -This film is a very loose adaptation of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Pit and the Pendulum".

Other titles for this film include "The Torture Chamber of Dr. Sadism", "The Snake Pit and the Pendulum", and "Castle of the Walking Dead".

A swing of the guilotine and the stare of a madman.

Not sure about THIS new count.
Torture: A worthless hobby.

"Due to how depraved this is, the castle must be destroyed by a hero's hand. So speaketh Death."

Regula's surprisingly kinky...and even more repulsive.
A maze of skulls. Real subtle, Counts.

The BDSM relationship will not end well here.
